Symptom: Unable to Import call control Agent Profile Conditions: Go to CCMadmin - Advanced feature - Call control agent profile-add new - create a profile. Then go to Bulk administration - Import/Export - Export - check call control agent profile - submit. Go to bulk administration - upload/download - download the created tar file. Upload the same tar file then import it with "Override the existing configuration". It shows success in the job scheduler. Now Go to Advanced feature- delete created Call control agent profile. Once again import the same tar file then submit. It shows error in job scheduler page.
