Symptom:In Nexus 6000/5600 following syslog message might be printed

%USER-0-SYSTEM_MSG: 000: PCIe critical FAILURE DETECTED, contact Cisco TAC  - pfm
Conditions:If seen in steady state, contact Cisco TAC.

Could also be seen during hot removal of a line card/LEM which is not supported. LEM needs to be powered off before removal.
