Description (partial)

Symptom:
Restart should bring user back to beginning of recording, but instead it resumes play where recording was stopped

Conditions:
To Repro:
                1) Playback a recording from any Server
                2) Select Stop, then restart
                3) Expected Result is that this would restart the recording at the beginning, instead it resumes where you left off
