Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise

Known Affected Releases

10.0(1) 9.0(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
CONFIG_AGENT events during a specific scenario. The OldLoginId is in error and the event should not have been sent.

An anomaly in CTI server CONFIG_AGENT_EVENTs with RecordType
CONFIG_RECORD_CHANGE that are triggered when changing agent information of multiple agents
at once (in Cisco Agent Explorer for example).

Although no changes were made to the AgentId, the config event sent by CTI server contains
an 'OldLoginID' field for the agents 1 to (n-1) (i.e. all except the last one).
Additionally, the OldLoginID field contains false information. The OldLoginID contains the
LoginID of the last changed agent.

Conditions:
Mutate a set of multiple agents (2+) in Agent Explorer. Add a skill group to every agent
and save the changes at once.
