Description (partial)

Symptom:
Remote IDC user1 PTT on G711 channel, ch17 and multicast/local IDC user2 receives the bad/garble voice.

Conditions:
1. There are two UMS (UMS144 & UMS145)  in the same location.
2. VTG has more than one G.711 channels and mixes them with G.729 channels.
3. User1 Remote IDC login and powers on ch16, ch17, ch18, ch19, ch20.
    user2 mcast IDC login and powers on ch16, ch17, ch18, ch19, ch20.
4. user1's ch17 & ch19 are hosted in UMS144.
5. user1's ch16, ch18, ch20 are hosted in UMS145.
6. ch16, ch18, ch19 & ch20 under VTG16-20 are hosted in UMS144.
7. ch17 under VTG16-20 is hosted in UMS145.
8. user1 PTT on ch17 and user2 hear the choppy/gobble voice.
9. Issue only happens on g711 channel. That channel is hosted in UMS144 for user1 remote IDC but that channel under VTG is hosted in UMS145.
