Description (partial)

Symptom:
When navigating to the following page: Prime Collaboration Assurance > Home > Topology

An error is displayed:
"Cannot load Service Level View information. Either the TopoServer process has not finished modeling the network topology, or it is not running. Please try again later, or check Topology_Client.log and Topology_Server.log for more information."

Conditions:
TopologyServer process doesn't stay started or is not running. The process can be verified whether or not it is running by issuing the following command with Admin CLI access:

show application status cpcm
