Description (partial)

Symptom:
A9K-ISM-100 module stucks at IN-RESET state after giving the install kit upgrade command  <CmdBold>download install-image <install_kit_name_and_location> from <rsp_where_kit_present> to <ism_node_location> <noCmdBold> after several reboots.

Conditions:
These sympoms are observed when the A9K-ISM-100 install kit upgrade is tried in the presence of punt path HA configuration commands for the redundancy of the ISM module. Below are the commands which create this, when tried the install kit upgrade. <CmdBold>service-cgv6-ha location<ISM loc> datapath-test<noCmdBold>
