Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a device is moved from one Media Server to another, streaming and PTZ Presets may be continued from the original Media Server that were supposed to be deleted from the server.
When the device is disabled through VSOM, the camera may have PTZ tours that appear to be continued, as well as streaming, based on the old managing Media Server.

Conditions:
Can occur when moving a camera from one Media Server to another on a live device and was no disk space availabe on the first Media server when the camera was moved.
