Symptom:
During a CGR firmware update, CG-NMS displays the error, "Automatic cleaning was unable to free enough memory space for the image files to be uploaded and installed."

Conditions:
(Cisco IOS devices only) This issue occurs when there is not enough flash memory on the target device to download the firmware update.
