Symptom: Dialer assertion observed during Outbound load. Conditions: High volume load (agent count and concurrent active campaign) concurrent with Personal Callback (PCB) agent engagement call flows. Issue seen with four PG Dialers configured (4000 ports) using Preview mode and 250 PCB agents (exceeding recommended deployment boundary; contact Cisco partner and/or TAC for further information).
