Symptom: Regarding the "SL Ans" for the Precision Queue interval all field, the report query is using Router_Queue_Interval.ServiceLevelCallsOffered, but CUIC help shows it as Skill_Group_Interval.ServiceLevelCallsOffered. It should be corrected as described in CCO: SL Ans Derived from: Router_Queue_Interval.ServiceLevelCallsOffered. The number of calls that are routed to the precision queue or queued to the precision queue in the last interval. Conditions: CUIC Help contets for the Precision Queue interval all field.
