Description (partial)
Symptom:In a Nexus 5596T running NX-OS 6.0 or 7.0, carmelusd process runs at elevated levels. Conditions:High CPU is only seen when there are multiple interfaces which are unused but which are not admin shut down. Seen only in Nexus 5596T running NX-OS 6.0 or 7.0. This issue is not seen in 5.2 releases or in any release in Nexus 5596UP switches.
