Cisco Bug: CSCuo32766 - Flexlink- Wireless client mac addresses not updated to uplink switches

Description (partial)

Symptom:
During flexlink failover test, wireless client mac addresses on WLC 5760 are not updated to uplink switches. It results in the network service disruption to these wireless clients for more than 3 minutes. 
Did not observer the mac address update through either MMU or multicast dummy packet.
Did the similar test on 3850 and it was broken too.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Follow above topology. AP on VLAN 101, WLC MGMT on VLAN 100, and Wireless client on VLAN 141
2. Initial Ping from Wired PC1 (10.10.100.32) to Wireless PC2 (10.10.141.91)
3. Shut down the portchannel on CAT6K-1 to WLC 5760
4. Monitor the CAM table on  both CAT6K switch and do not see update for wireless client mac

Conditions:
WLC5760 code is 3.3.3.
