Description (partial)

Symptom:
Channel bonding does not work  DOCSIS 3.0 / Wideband cable modems will only register as traditional DOCSIS/Narrowband.

Output from the "show cable mac-domain CableX/Y/Z downstream-service-group" shows an invalid value of zero for the MDS-DS-SG Id:
