Symptom: Channel bonding does not work DOCSIS 3.0 / Wideband cable modems will only register as traditional DOCSIS/Narrowband. Output from the "show cable mac-domain CableX/Y/Z downstream-service-group" shows an invalid value of zero for the MDS-DS-SG Id: Example: Router# show cable mac-domain Cable8/0/2 downstream-servce-group Load for five secs: 92%/3%; one minute: 64%; five minutes: 48% Time source is NTP, 12:34:35.618 CST Sat Apr 5 2014 Cable MD-DS-SG RF IF Id Resource Chan Primary Chan C8/0/2 0 8/0/1 00-03 0 1 2 3 08-11 8 9 Conditions: This problem occurs after making changes to US or DS RF Channels/frequencies.
