Description (partial)

Symptom:
Currently PI is using CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB to get information about memory utilization from IOS-XR devices.
This MIB is limited to 32bit counters.

New RP's have more than 4GB of memory, so CISCO-ENHANCED-MEMPOOL-MIB should be used to show proper data.

Conditions:
IOS-XR device with more than 4GB of memory on RP.
