Description (partial)

Symptom:
Error "30029	 Direct access to this screen is not allowed." when the user maximizes the CDR CMR DUMP window in Chrome (Version 33.0.1750.154 m).

Conditions:
Go to Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > CDR Analysis and Reporting 
A new window will appear, under the new window go to 
CDR > Search > By User/Phone Number/SIP URL

Under the "CDR Search by User Phone number - CDR-CMR Search Results" page you will find a table. Click on the View button under "CDR - CMR Dump" in the table.

A new  CDR CMR DUMP window will open when you try to maximize this window you get 
"30029	 Direct access to this screen is not allowed." error.

I'm using IE Same problem. Will there be a &quot;fix&quot;? Should I be looking at a 3rd party tool like Avotus?
