Serial Number details on N7k device - not generated for LineCard_Failure

The customer device that has issue is: JAF1451CETM 

Issue scenario was reproduced in test-bed by Device Engineers and the details of it is as follows:

Serial number details are generated in the AML message for MODULE_WARNING failures.  But, the serial number details on the same N7k device is not generated for LineCard_Failure. 

<ch:MessageDescription>MODULE_WARNING Module 7 (serial: JAF1708ALCG) reported warnings due to EOBC heartbeat failure in device 10 (device error 0xc000504d)</ch:MessageDescription>

•	Since there is no serial for LINECARD_FAILURE message, SCH is unable to raise the SR.  According to the SCH monitoring details for LINECARD_FAILURE message SR has to be triggered, and here SCH needs to identify the device along with LINECARD_FAILURE message.
