Description (partial)

Symptom:
match prefix is removed from snmp-server group  after entering snmp-server host command. Match prefix gets removed even after device reboot or snmp engine warm start if snmp-server host command is already present.

Steps to reproduce
--------------------------
1. Create a snmp group.
2. Add context match prefix to snmp group.
3. Create a snmp user and associate the group to it.
4. Create a snmp host and associate the user to it.
5. Check the running config.

Conditions:
snmp-server group command with context match prefix

snmp-server group SNMPgroup v3 priv context vlan- match prefix
snmp-server user SNMPuser SNMPgroup v3 auth sha Password1 priv aes 128 Password2

snmp-server host 10.11.13.13 version 3 priv snmpuser
