Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCDM synch fails on HCM-F 9.2.1 with job status showing as "unable to connect to SDR. Synch failed"

Following errors observed in cucdm synch logs:-

Conditions:
Same location name across multiple division for a customer and HCM-F version should be  9.2.1
