Description (partial)

Symptom:
An A9K-1x100GE or A9K-2x100GE line card may issue "NP-DIAG failure" messages and NP fast resets for NP1 and/or NP3, with RSVn-level reason. Example:

Conditions:
This may occur under very high pps load when an ingress qos policy with policing is present on the 100G interface. Three occurrences within one hour may trigger an LC reload.
