Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Media sense admin guide mentions: Re-activation and reactivation of media, or call control or database service in a media sense server and subsequent reactivation

This is the current statement in the mediasense admin guide:
"The existing recordings before the restart will not be available after the reactivation."

This needs to be changed to:
Recordings in progress when outages occur in the Media Service, Call Control Service or Database may fail to complete properly and end in an error state even after the services are brought back up.

Recordings in all other states will be fine.

Conditions:
deactivation and reactivation of media sense services.
