Symptom:
Loud static noise heard on 8941/8945/6945 IP phones when IDC dialer puts the call on hold.

Test steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Make call between IDC dialer and IP phone 8941/8945/6945 (either outbound or inbound call).
2. Verify 2-way audio between IDC dialer and IP phone.
3. In IDC dialer, put the call on hold.
