Description (partial)

CSCuo30715 is a condition where the punt interface on AMBA aligns to a bad signal during initialization.
This is dependent on when the peer device (Marvell) brings up its link as compared to Amba. When this happens, link status will be up, however packet drop can be seen on the interface,
which could show up as protocols failing to come upor ping on the
interface failing etc.
This is a rare scenario, and we believe its a timing issue in software/driver initialization.

Continuous or intermittent pack drop will be seen on the PUNT interface. This would result in protocols failing, ping failing.
Asic errors log will show following interrupts occuring on the affected AMBA device:
FullQ, NC6-10X100G-M-K, 0/3/CPU0, fia[2]
Name : IRE.Interrupt_Register.NifErrDataArrived
FullQ, NC6-10X100G-M-K, 0/3/CPU0, fia[2]
Name :
IDR.Reassembly_Interrupt_Register.ReassemblyErrorGeneralMOP
