Symptom:7925 phone intermittently getting 1-way audio on handset. If you switch to speaker-phone, then can get 2-way audio again; but switching back to handset mode results in 1-way audio again. Conditions:Using a 7925 phone. The problem is more prevalent in the following scenario: multiple lines are configured where multiple calls are incoming at the same time and the user answers the secondary call as the first call is either dropped or answered by someone else. However, the problem is still intermittently seen with single line phones.
