Description (partial) 

Symptom:
With the new ASDM version 7.1(6) we are unable to access the file menu by pressing alt+F together (similarly Alt + V and others). The alt key has to be pressed first till the first letters of the menu words are underlined. Release the alt key and then press F for menu or V for view, etc. This is new behavior observed ONLY with this ASDM version.
