Description (partial)

Symptom:
Microsoft outlook crashes when customer has webex add-in enabled and trying to view shared calendar and the following error is seen when we open outlook again,

"Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'cisco webex productivity tools' Add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?"

From the Event Viewer we will see the following error,

"Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the "Folder Switch' Call back of the 'ExplorerEvents_10' interface while calling into the 'CiscoWebex Productivity Tools' add-in.

The following error also noticed in the even viewer,

"Microsoft Outlook: Accepted Safe Mode action : Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'enterprise vault add-in' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?."

Conditions:
CWMS 2.0 version, with any size deployment and with or without IRP / HA

* The End user has CWMS 2.0 productivity tools installed and enabled for outlook
* Enterprise Vault Add-in from Symantec is enabled in outlook
* The user is a delegate and viewing some shared calendars
