Description (partial)

Symptom:
Grouping report is not presenting the DateTime value in the local zone data/Time format.

Example1: Local is set to Deutsch 
1) when you run "Call Type Historical All Field" without grouping, Datum/Uhrzeit =15.01.2014 12:45 
2) but when you run the same "Call Type Historical All Field" grouped by Call Type Name and DateTime, the DateTime format becomes 01/15/2014 instead of 15.01.2014

Example2: Local is set to English (US): 
1) when you run "Call Type Historical All Field" without grouping, DateTime will shown Jan 15,2014 12:45 PM 
2) but when you run the same "Call Type Historical All Field" grouped by Call Type Name and DateTime, the DateTime format becomes 01/15/2014 instead of Jan 15,2014

Conditions:
Grouping Date Time fields in a report.
