Symptom: Webex Messenger customers utilizing Single Sign On(SSO) were unable to login in the previous release. This impacted multiple users across multiple orgs, including GM, GE. The incident was raised following a customer call to TAC, who in turn escalated to the Jabber Engineering team. Upon detailed investigation of the issue, the Jabber engineering team identified a software defect impacting a SSO login su. Conditions: Step to reproduce: 1. GE or GM user log in as SSO account. 2. Discovery the service from the first log in. 3. input the username/password in web page. 4. It will generate can't log in (username/password error) in the jabber page.
