Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a user is deactivated, any reoccurring meetings they may have scheduled with other users remain scheduled. There is no way to cancel these meetings. We need a way to clear the meetings from CWMS and have it send a cancellation to all users for those meetings.

Conditions:
Deactivating a user who has previously scheduled reoccurring meetings.

Hello! We have cisco WebEx Meeting Server version 2.5.1.5051.B-AE. It's integrated with LDAP. There are users with reserved licenses and scheduled recurring conferences. Few days ago one of users was deactivated in LDAP (and accordingly in CWMS). But license is still associated with this user and conference are active in calendars of other participants. But really noone could join this conference Does anybody know, how could we disassociate license with deactivated user and delete conference? Best ...
