Description (partial)

Symptom:
after changing the Ixia,which is simulating the PE , establishing BGP with RR for l2vpn evpn address family with ip address length of bits, we start observing l2vpn_mgr crashes,

CE---PE------RR----iBGP with vpnv4, vpnv6, rtc, l2vpn evpn address family----Ixia (simulated PE)

Conditions:
after changing the Ixia,which is simulating the PE , establishing BGP with RR for l2vpn evpn address family with ip address length of bits, we start observing l2vpn_mgr crashes,

CE---PE------RR----iBGP with vpnv4, vpnv6, rtc, l2vpn evpn address family----Ixia (simulated PE)

With this setup, we can trigger PE router to crash with l2vpn_mgr
