Symptom: While running Setup Wizard on a factory-reset device, wait until arriving at the "Set PIN" screen (right after the "Welcome" screen). When it is time to type in a PIN, plug in a USB keyboard and the Setup Wizard will crash. Conditions: PIN lock must be required by CUCM policy.
