Description (partial)

Symptom:
DOCSIS3.0 static modem count-based load balancing (MCBLB) does not work with shared bonding groups across multiple MAC domains.

Conditions:
This issue occurs on the Cisco CMTS when shared bonding group is configured across MAC domains and DOCSIS3.0 static MCBLB is enabled. For example, when an 8-channel wideband SPA bonding group is shared across two Cisco uBR-MC3GX60V MAC domains, each with an 8-channel Cisco uBR-MC3GX60V bonding group.
