Symptoms:

When adding participants to an ongoing conference using a client that uses Cisco TMSBA (for example Smart Scheduler), Cisco TMS could tear the conference down.

Cisco TMS should never tear down ongoing conferences.

Conditions:

The issue is seen when the bridge does not have free ports for the new participants. TMS still allows the save, selects a new main, tears down all the calls, and re-connects them.
