Symptoms: When viewing a Cisco TelePresence MCU in Systems > Navigator, the page crashes with an unhandled exception. Example log-web.txt entry: [ArgumentOutOfRangeException: 'MaxAvaialbleISDNNumbers' has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items. Parameter name: value] System.Web.UI.WebControls.ListControl.PerformDataBinding(IEnumerable dataSource) +1769301 System.Web.UI.WebControls.ListControl.OnDataBinding(EventArgs e) +109 System.Web.UI.WebControls.ListControl.PerformSelect() +34 System.Web.UI.WebControls.BaseDataBoundControl.DataBind() +74 Tandberg.TMS.UI.SystemNavigator.SystemExtraSettings.BulidFromGenericControls(List`1 extraSettingsParamsControls) +2896 Conditions: The root cause it not known. The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.3.2, and may also apply to older versions of the product. Workarounds: Purge and re-add the MCU. Note that purging and re-adding will invalidate the routes of all future scheduled conferences using the MCU, so that they will not launch unless they are corrected.
