Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the TLV35 or 63 features are enabled, the DHCP server continues to lease IP addresses in response to the requests from the restricted CPEs which are made through the Cisco CMTS. The leased IP addresses are not assigned to the restricted CPEs.

Conditions:
This issue occurs when the TLV35 or 63 features are enabled (limiting the CPE IPv4/IPv6 addresses) in the cable modem configuration file.
