Symptom: Regarding the "Handled" for the Precision Queue interval all field, the report query is using Skill_Group_Interval not Agent_Skill_Group_Interval, but CUIC help shows it as Agent_Skill_Group_Interval.CallsHandled. It should be corrected as: Handled Derived from: Skill_Group_Interval.CallsHandled. The number of inbound calls for which agents in the precision queue during the interval answered and completed. Conditions: CUIC Help contents for the Precision Queue interval all field. Templates_CCE_9.1_HT_AF_9.1.zip on CCO.
