Description (partial)

Symptom:
The pvstag-io process keeps crashing after configuring <CmdBold>encapsulation dot1q 1-4094<noCmdBold> on a subinterface of an interface configured to run pvstag or pvrstag

Conditions:
This issue affects all asr9k releases from 4.0.1 until 5.1.2.

The issue occurs if pvstag/pvrstag is configured on an interface which has a subinterface configured with the encapsulation <CmdBold>encapsulation dot1q 1-4094<noCmdBold>

  encapsulation dot1q 1-4094
