Description (partial)

LSPV does not complain if the router ID isn DSMAP does not belong to the processing router, and reports that DSMAP was successfully validated.

This issue is only scene on ECMP paths in ASR9K router which are yet to receive fix for CSCul47580. This happens when the hashing info in DSMAP mismatches with hashing used to send out the packet, causing packet to end up at a different ECMP path than the contained in DSMAP.
