Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCM drops NSE capability for calls from MGCP/SCCP endpoints dialing out a SIP Trunk. SIP GW needs the NSE capability explicitly listed in the SDP for it to switchover. SIP-SIP calls, the NSE caps are advertised, but the fmtp line is missing.

Conditions:
Fax/Modem calls using NSE based switchover
