Description (partial)

unable to view/retrieve voice messages via VVM if "Display name" is in UTF-8. No issues if "Display Name" is in ASCII

Noticed on CUC 9.1.2
User 1 (UTF-8 Display name)
User2 (any Display Name)

- User1 sends a voice message to User2
- User2 is able to access the voice message via TRAP and webeinbox
- User2 doesn't see any new/old vocie messages if VVM is used and User 2 has a VM from User 1 

To confirm the issue type the following into web-browser
and log in using User2 credentials

You will get a corrupted XLM file
If you delete User1's VM from User 2 mailbox - VVM will work fine
and will return non-corrupted xml
