Description (partial) 

Symptom:
RFGW10 comes up in RPR mode with "%C4K_REDUNDANCY-2-IOS_VERSION_CHECK_FAIL: IOS version mismatch"

Conditions:
The following message should be observed before bootup when it was active.
*Jan 20 10:34:34.661 IST: Config Sync: Bulk-sync failure due to Servicing Incompatibility. Please check full list of mismatched commands via:
  show redundancy config-sync failures mcl

*Jan 20 10:34:34.661 IST: Config Sync: Starting lines from MCL file:
-snmp-server enable traps entity
