Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-1MN-77dev

Press Intercom to initial a intecom call on phone A.
press Nav down hardkey on phone A

result: new call window cann't popup

check result: sip88xx.10-2-1-15dev 8851 P2, press nav down button, new call window can popup, but input the dn, it can't initial a new call.
