Description (partial)

Symptom:
Calls that are currently being recorded do not show up in the Search and Play application's Active Calls tab.  In some cases they do eventually show up when you click Active Calls repeatedly.

Conditions:
Occurs on some browser desktops and not on others.
Desktop machine is not configured with NTP or has incorrect system time.
