Description (partial)

login to Self Care Portal with user id composed of & character with Voice Mail port settings results in Webdialer authentication failure owing to truncated userid passed onto webdialer app for authentication resulting in failure.

1)Login to Self Care portal with userid composed of & character for ex: quad&quad.
2)Traverse to Voicemail tab and click on Dial Voicemail Preferences IVR button  after Voicemail port settings configured by admin.
3)The Webdialer app login results in authentication failure as the app is presented with truncated userid quad instead of quad&quad.. resulting in authentication failure.
4)Attempts made to provide valid user id.. i,e quad&quad followed by correct password results in HTTP 404 error J security error.

Issue is Webdialer app cannot accomodate userid composed of & resulting in failed attempts to access.

Either Self Care Portal should prevent access for userid composed of & character or WD should handle authentication issues.
