Description (partial)

Symptom:
Admin user is kicked out of their GUI session when they attempt to run a report from ACS 5.5.
Upon getting logged out of their admin gui session abruptly, the resulting log-in page displays a warning:
 "Session timed out. Please login again."
This effectively prohibits the admin user from running any reports in ACS.

Conditions:
Seen with ACS 5.5
Only observed when the Admin username contains a backslash character "\"
The admin account can be either local to ACS or an external account (such as AD).
