Products (1)

  • Cisco Digital Content Manager (DCM) Software

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Audio that is transcoded to a high output bit-rate (typ. 400 kbit/s), and for which there is sample rate conversion from 48 kHz to 32 kHz, has a gap of one output frame. This causes a PTS discontinuity of exactly one audio frame. These gaps happen very rarely.

Conditions:
When Audio is transcoded to a high output bit-rate (typ. 400 kbit/s), and for which there is sample rate conversion from 48 kHz to 32, and on the same MFP board, other services with audio are spliceable (ad insertion enabled).
