Symptom:
JABW 9.7 claims support for Sharepoint 2010 and 2013, whereas in order to integrate Sharepoint, the customer must perform various configuration steps.

Documentation is required to update the 9.7 Install and Config Guide noting an outline of the additional configuration requirements.

Customer integrating Sharepoint 2010 or 2013 with Jabber for Windows 9.7
