Description (partial)

on Cisco ASR920-12CZ variant router when the same AMS port is connected to both Copper and SFP peer end and at different speeds, the link remains down when the link flap happens.

- Of the two links, the RJ45 link should be 10Mbps and the SFP link should be 100Mbps.
- SFP is selected by default. Once the SFP link is brought down, it switches to rj45. On restoring the SFP link, the AMS port remains down.
