Description (partial)

Symptom:
standby switch crash when put in vss mode and gives following error message:
C4K_RKIOSVS-3-UNSUPPORTEDREMOTEVSLPORTCHANNELSYNCED: Conflict in remote vsl port channel, same as local port channel

Conditions:
Crash happens only when vss is enabled with unsupported configuration. Example:

The port-channel number configured on active and standby is same ( 64 in this case ), because of which logical vsl port creation has failed.

As per the VSS configuration guide, the port-channel numbers should be different in active and standby.
