Description (partial)

Symptom:
5GHz radio (Dot11Radio1) goes down, disconnecting all associated clients, then comes back up about six seconds later.  Logs similar to the following are seen on the AP:

*Mar 20 07:26:25.323: %EVT-4-WRN: Write of flash:/event.r1 done
*Mar 20 07:26:25.995: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Dot11Radio1, changed state to resetPCI reset port 1
*Mar 20 07:26:27.295: soap_pci_reconfig_radio: radio id 1
*Mar 20 07:26:27.331: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Dot11Radio1, changed state to down
*Mar 20 07:26:32.615: %LINK-6-UPDOWN: Interface Dot11Radio1, changed state to up
*Mar 20 07:26:33.615: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Dot11Radio1, changed state to up
*Mar 20 07:26:48.775: %CLEANAIR-6-STATE: Slot 1 enabled

The event.r1 file on flash will contain messages similar to the following corresponding to this reset event, indicating that the radio reset due to reason code 71:

Radio d1 reset: DMA Prefetch

Conditions:
5 GHz radio on 3700/2700/1700 series access points.
